• Are my tickets refundable?

  Tikkitz offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee if the event for which you purchased tickets is cancelled without a rescheduled date. Otherwise, all sales are final.

• Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

  As stated above, all sales are final.  Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted.

• When will my tickets be shipped?

  All tickets will ship immediately via Fedex or Email Delivery unless a later date is specified in the sellers notes. In many cases, we have tickets available even before they are printed, which gives our customers an advantage in getting the best seats.

  Once your tickets have been shipped, you will receive a Fedex tracking number, so that you can track your purchase. 

  All orders are protected with a 125% Delivery Guarantee.

  
  

• What if my event is this evening? Can I order tickets up until event time?

  Last minute tickets are no problem with Tikkitz.  Order tickets through us right up until the start time for any event.  Buying tickets the day of the event can be a great way to save, with many same-day tickets available for 20-80% off original face value.

  When you order tickets the day of the event, you will receive your ticket through email or they will be waiting for you at Will Call.  Same day tickets are still backed by a 125% Delivery Guarantee.

  When purchasing same day event tickets or last minute tickets, we recommend allowing a minimum 30 minutes for order processing and delivery.

• Will my seats be together?

  All seats ordered through Tikkitz are side by side unless otherwise specified in the ticket notes.  If a note designates "piggyback seating," it means that one seat is directly behind the other in separate rows.

• Is it safe to order online through Tikkitz?

• Why is the price I paid for my tickets different from the face value listed on the ticket?

  Ticket prices are determined by the market value at the time of purchase based on supply and demand.  Tikkitz connects buyers to tickets on the secondary market, meaning that tickets may be purchased well in advance of the box office sale date up to and including the day of the event.  Because Tikkitz provides access to premium seating and sold out events, demand for these tickets may increase the market value.  Likewise, sellers who find themselves suddenly unable to attend an event may list their tickets at prices far beneath face value, up to 80% off in some cases.
